POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
- For the safety of your pet, we do not offer “every other day” services.
- We generally have a five-night minimum for boarding stays.
- We are able to administer oral medications in the form of liquid and/or pills if it can be crushed or mixed directly into the cat’s food, or a pill delivered via pill pocket. Since our sitters are not licensed veterinary professionals, we do not administer injectable medications.
We request that you please complete a form on our request service page in order to get a personalized quote based on your specific circumstances. You may also contact us at 212-288-5712, and a member of our management staff will return your call promptly.
Please note that the Thanksgiving Holiday (Thursday through Sunday) and the period spanning Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day will have a $5 per day surcharge for home visits (i.e. cat sitting services).
While tipping sitters/boarders is not required, it is always welcomed. Our sitters/boarders appreciate receiving tips for the excellent care they provide. 100% of the tips the sitters/boarders earn is theirs to keep.
If you need to cancel a request for home visits (i.e., “cat sitting services”) during non-holiday periods, there is no financial obligation and you will receive a full refund of your deposit. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as you become aware of your need to cancel services.
