Meet our New Jersey pet sitters

Manhattan and Jersey City Pet SitterCandace

Hi there!  My name is Candace, and I’m a lifelong Jersey Girl.  I’m available to come pet sit in Jersey City and Hoboken near PATH stations.  I also drive, so I can visit in more residential neighborhoods, too!  I love all animals. Cats are my absolute favorite.  My first cat, Comet, came to me when I was searching for Halebop in the 1996 night sky. We spent nearly two decades together.

I love juniors and seniors, and cats with special needs are dearest to my heart.  Over the years, my family and I have cared for many cats with a variety of ailments ranging from seizures, pancreatitis, autoimmune disease, kidney disease and cardiomyopathy.  So, I’m well versed in taking care of cats with medical needs like oral medicines (pills or syringe) and subQ fluids.

pet sitter in Hoboken, Downtown Jersey City, and the Journal SquareKaty

Hi, my name is Katy. I’m an audiovisual technician at the Liberty Science Center.  I’m available to go anywhere around the Hudson-Bergen Lightrail stops, including Hoboken, Downtown Jersey City, and the Journal Square area.

We’ve always had at least one cat in the family since I was 5 years old.  I adopted my cat, Mackenzie, in 2001 when she was 8 weeks old. She’s slightly overweight but a happy kitty nonetheless. I’m experienced with giving cats pills and ear drops.

I moved from Florida to Jersey City 8 years and love it here. The snow still hasn’t lost it’s novelty!
